There are many times in your life that you might want to have the help of a personal trainer, and doing aerobic exercise is certainly one of those times. Myself, I’ve decided to find a personal trainer who can not only help me reach my fitness goals, but do so without injuring myself — an issue I’ve had many times because I can sometimes push myself to hard or I just get excited and over enthusiastic. But that’s just me.

Boredom is the enemy of the mind. A bored mind is one that teeters on the brink of loosing its edge. OK, maybe that’s a bit of overkill, but it is certainly the enemy of writers.
A group of muscles that often gets neglected in stomach exercise routines are the transverse abdominals, the core muscles that lie below the rectus abdominus. Most abdominal exercises target the rectus abdominus and the vertical abdominals, ignoring the transverse abdominals. Even crunches, the staple of most abdominal workouts, do nothing for the transverse abdominals.
To memorize is to store information in your brain for reuse later. The definition of memory is the power or act of remembering. The definition of remembering is to recall, to bring back to mind by an effort. There are two kinds of memory, short-term and long-term, each stored in a separate part of the brain. All long-term memories were once stored in short-term. Giving these parts of the brain a workout through memorization games can help keep them fit and benefit you in your writing.
As a writer, you need to sell your work in order to make an income. But, as a creative person, sales can seem like a ugly thing that has to be done. It doesn’t need to be that way.
