Fiber is mostly polysaccharides composed of glucose units, but human digestive enzymes cannot break the bonding of these units. We can think of fiber as non-starch polysaccharides. These include cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, and some other types of fiber. That might sound like Greek to you, but fiber is an important part of our daily diet, and a high fiber diet might be perfect for your body and digestive system health.

What have you been reading lately? As a writer, this is a very important question. You need to be feeding your mind lots of good stuff to prime that creative pump. Another question you should think about is are you a wide reader?
For my birthday, my mother gave me a copy of The Secret. Until I started reading it, I was skeptical. Not because I don’t believe in the law of attraction, for I certainly do, but because so much of the hype around the book and movie made it seem like it focused only on thought, and gave no credence to action.
