Joining the Perfect Gym

exercise2.jpgMaybe as part of your New Year’s resolution, you’ve decided to join a gym. Sometimes this decision seems simple, you just join the one your friends belong to, or the one that you get a discount at from work, or maybe one just happens to be nearby your home.

But, before you pay your membership fee, take these things into consideration. Gyms come in all shapes and sizes, and there may be a number of gyms in your area. Greenhouses for Green Thumbs

If you really get into your hobby green house, you might want to check out the Hobby Greenhouse Association (HGA), which publishes a quarterly magazine. The organization also sponsers events and helps individuals connect to get help with any aspect of gardening that they are interested in, whether it’s growing cacti or saving seeds.

Sprocket the Amazing Weasel Dog

My dog, Sprocket, helps me feed my spirit. Grooming her, petting her, taking her for a walk are all ways that feed my spirit. I believe the very act of caring for someone or something outside of yourself is a very good way to feed the soul.

But for some, getting a workout is hard not because they don’t have enough time, not because they don’t have the money to join a gym, but because they believe that they simply hate exercising.
