You Have to Eat Breakfast

No matter how busy your day starts out, you have to set a side a few minutes to eat breakfast - the first meal after a long night of fasting. It is the most important meal of the day.

After a long period without food, your blood sugar levels become very low. Skipping breakfast can mean your body will start to crave something sweet and you’ll end up snacking on unhealthy foods and tend to over eat. People who eat breakfast are significantly less likely to be obese and diabetic than those who usually don’t. Start the day with a filling and nutritious meal and you will give your metabolism a kick start. You’ll feel full until lunch time with no temptation to snack your way through the morning. Some studies have also shown that eating a nutritious breakfast can make you more alert and assertive to face the day.

You have a full day of task in front of you, don’t force yourself to running on an empty stomach, like a car, it won’t run very far on an empty tank. Say if you had your dinner the night before at 7:00 or 8:00 pm, if you skip breakfast, and your lunch time is 12:00 noon today, it is a total of 16 to 17 hours without refueling. Maybe you’ve already had a wave of nausea? Felt a little light-headed when standing up too quickly? Your hands and feet start to shake slightly?
