How to Clear Your Mind During the Day
Are there things on your mind that are distracting you from what you want to accomplish? Then try some calming activities. There are tons of things that you can do to relax and loosen the hold burdening thoughts have on you.
You can read a book.
You can doodle.
You can go exercise at a local gym.
You can get a massage.
You can take a walk around the block.
You can play with your pet.
You can do a crossword, Suduko or other puzzle.
You can write a haiku.
You can journal about your day.
As you can see, there are tons of things that you can do — you just have to find something that will make you happy and then pursue it.
Some people like to window shop, others like to cook. For some, taking a relaxing shower does the trick. Whatever it is that you do, just do something that makes you happy.
To use a corny cliche, take that frown and make it into a smile. Find a hobby or other activity that you can do when the frustrations get the better of you.
