I have a dilemma. When I first created this site, I thought dividing the content into mind, body and spirit would be easy. But that has proven not be the case. I was wondering if you might help me?

Below are some content ideas, but I’m not sure which section they should go in. Part of me says they belong here in spirit, but there is a an over lap with with mind and/or body. So what do you think?
